Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to drive mutual fund sales, engage with distributors and independent financial advisors (IFAs), and achieve set sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in financial services and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Proactively generate mutual fund sales and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and independent financial advisors (IFAs).
Market Analysis:
- Understand market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Graduation is mandatory (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).
- NISM V A Certified(Preferred)
Experience: 0 to 2 Years
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in sales or financial services is a plus but not required.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products (preferred but can be trained).
