Job Description :
1. Develop and maintain database of leads as per established guidelines
2. Initiate conversation with the leads and convert the leads to prospects
3. Maintain relationship with the prospects and regular follow up
4. Work on Presentations and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
Qualification: Mass Communication, MBA
- Experience: 0.6 - 1 yr of Inside Sales experience
- Compensation: 20,000 - 25,000/- per month plus incentives
Skills :
1. Confidence in voice and persistent follow up
2. Fluency in English and Hindi
3. Able to understand client requirements and pitch accordingly
4. Good written and oral communication skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
