Associate Business Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-30 yrs)
Role Description :
- Agent Onboarding : Recruit and onboard life insurance agents to drive business growth.
- Revenue Goals : Set and achieve revenue targets both individually and as part of a team to ensure success.

Qualifications :
- Educational Requirement : Any graduate.
- Experience : Minimum of one year in sales.
- Field Visits : Comfortable conducting field visits for life insurance sales.

- Position Level : Equivalent to L3 level in banking.
- Salary Range : 2.8 to - 4 lakh per annum, plus incentives and other perks.
- Working Days : 5.5 working days per week.
