Role & responsibilities :
- Analyze the market and industry trends to identify potential areas for lead generation and conversion.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to convert leads into sales, ensuring a strong sales pipeline and consistent revenue growth.
- Analyzing client requirements and creating compelling business proposals, showcasing Web and Mobile Development services.
- Cultivating enduring relationships with client leaders and decision makers to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly.
- Managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful closure, demonstrating excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Nurturing existing client relationships through regular follow-ups, while actively seeking out and converting new leads using social and business networking strategies.
- Conducting effective demos, presentations, and negotiations, both locally and internationally, to showcase our capabilities and drive business growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the industry.
- Taking charge of end-to-end sales processes, inclusive of lead generation, deal closure, and post-sales client servicing to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing various functions, such as strategic alliances, business development, sales operations, and channel partnering, to enhance our market presence and drive organizational success.
- Flourishing in a self-motivated capacity with minimal guidance, showcasing proactive decision-making skills and adaptability to handle uncertainty effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present compelling proposals and solutions that meet clients' requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate business development, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture a strong professional network.
- Track record of effectively leveraging strong references and relationships to drive successful lead generation and business growth.
- Strong understanding of technology sales methodologies, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
