Associate - Business Development - IT (3-10 yrs)
The Business Development Associate - Lead Generation is an individual contributor with responsibilities as part of the MSP Alliances team and reports directly to the Client Partner, MSP Alliances. The purpose of the role is to support the US-based MSP Alliance Client Partners to help them set up calls and meetings with US based prospects from a provided target list of companies. The Lead Gen Associate will be cold calling and emailing US prospects, mainly in Procurement, Diversity, and MSP, in order to achieve the required monthly meetings.
Requirements :
- Possesses excellent English communication (written and verbal), and good presentation / discussion skills over the phone.
- Must have strong influencing and convincing skills to be able to convince prospects to agree to meetings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience actively calling to US-Based prospective clients and setting up appointments (calls or Face to Face Meetings).
- Must have 3 years of experience in B2B (Business to Business) Lead Generation.
- Must have 3 years in calling into IT or Professional Services type of prospects, specifically in the IT or Professional Services Industry.
- Strongly Preferred experience calling on MSP Prospects from the following companies: KellyOCG, Pontoon, ProUnlimited, Tapfin, Geometric Results Inc (GRI), Allegis, Agile1, Workforce LogIQ, Randstad/SourceRight, Guidant Global, NextSource, Momentum, RightSourcing, Hays, Volt, Yoh, WorkSpend, Pinnacle.
- Must possess exceptional organizational and follow-up skills in order to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Self-starter who works well independently as well as in a collaborative environment. Need someone who is driven by success and getting closures and meeting goals.
- Ability to effectively implement sales strategies to gain new relationships and maintain and grow existing relationships to achieve meeting goals.
- Must have good note taking and documentation ability to communicate discussions and knowledge to their Client Partner. Tedious about documenting progress in Salesforce or other CRM medium.
- Ability to effectively communicate with DISYS Executive Leadership and within client environment.
- Possesses strong relationship building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or Communications or Sales curriculum preferred.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must set up at least 8-10 new qualified appointments per month.
- Maintain and update contact database daily. Coordinate with Client Partner to provide leads and opportunities.
- Must provide weekly status reports on progress to management.
- Must send daily 75-100 emails to US based prospects and make calls accordingly.
- Assist scheduling face to face meetings for conferences and planned travel, as requested by the Client Partner
- Must complete Lead Handover Documents for all scheduled Meetings to help prep the Client Partner for the client calls.
- Must do research on target accounts using sources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and others to come up with names and phone #s of relevant people to call within the target accounts or MSP.
- Research summaries on target companies and industry happenings/opportunities related to the MSP space.
- Responsible for performing follow-up with prospects on a regular basis.
- Must maintain regular contact with prospects via email or telephone.
- Person may be responsible for supporting client(s) in EST, CST, MST, or PST time zones. Should be ready to work MST shift (India night time).

- Excellent working knowledge of PC/Outlook/Calendar/Word/Excel/Power Point processing and data management.

- Exhibits accuracy when working with details.
- Maintain and follow safety/security practices.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
