Job Summary

Salary Range: 5 Lakhs

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Years of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Mode of Interview: F2F

Round of interview: 3

Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned area focusing on real estate industry.

- Initiate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations.

- Onboard new agents and build a strong network.

- Pitch product & services and generate business through meetings and cold calling.

- Present and demonstrate technology solutions to prospects.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Meet or exceed company sales targets.

Skills

Must-Have Skills

- Sales experience in the SAAS background IT, Technology, or Real estate sectors.

- Prior experience in sales.

- Client Relationship, Client Acquisition, Lead generation, cold calling.

- Candidate needs to be from Delhi/NCR.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in B2C sales, Proptech, or E-commerce.

- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

- Experience in Field sales would be an added advantage.

Other Requirements

Specific Requirements: Candidates must have their own conveyance , as per the company's requirements. The role involves field sales in the Delhi/NCR area.
