Business Development Associate
Responsibilities :
- Understanding of the IT industry services
- Identify and qualify new customers based on the company's business model and guidelines.
- Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Managing customer-centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
- Provide complete and comprehensive information on products,
- Proactively engage with the customer and ensure the best services are provided to them.
- Analyzing the customer's requirements and building winning deal plans to acquire large prospective customers through leads/referrals
