1. Play a major role CRM / Key Account Manager
2. Perform Market research to identify Quality leads
3. Connect with Corporates to get additional clients
4. Represent Company In all upcoming events or any needs based on clients request.
5. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

Skills Required :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Development/marketing/ Sales/related fields
2. Any Internship experience In recruitment firm will be added advantage.
