Job Description :
- This role would be a part of the sales function for PAN India clients.
- He/she should drive new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
What Should You Do ?
1. Generate and Convert the leads received through various marketing channels.
2. Preparing short and long-term sales plans toward reaching the assigned goals.
3. Consistently achieve revenue targets.
4. Proactively identifying cross selling/upselling opportunities with the existing customers.
5. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
6. Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
Job Requirements :
1. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
2. Rapport-building skills
3. Strong convincing skills
- Any Bachelor's/Master's Degree
Experience : Minimum 6 months
- Immediate joiners
- Flexible to relocate
- Work From Office (Bangalore - HSR layout / Kudlu Gate)
Office Timing : 11:30 Am - 8:30 pm
OJT : 1 Month
Working Days : 6 days (Sunday Mandatory work)
CTC : INR 3 to 6 LPA + incentives (CTC will be fixed based on the OJT performance)
