Associate - Business Development - Inside Sales (0-2 yrs)
Responsibility:
- We are seeking experienced, consultative Inside Sales professional who understands the art of listening to and solving customer's problems
- The role is to introduce and sell classify products to Enterprise Customers across industry verticals
- Your role is to seek out and speak to leads, carefully understand their needs, qualify opportunities, then proceed to next steps with those who are an excellent fit
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development
- The role is to Identify, enlist and onboard key partners in India
- Follow up on Sales Cycle for leads passed to these partners
- Managing the Channel Partnership Model for the organization
- Drive joint opportunity development activities with channel partners
- Achieve sales targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with a high degree for forecast accuracy
- Work to build adequate sales pipeline and follow the rigors of pipeline management
- Drafting of proposals for the clients/ Solution design and development
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Pre-Requisites:
- Experience in working in Inside Sales roles involving customer calls
- Smart, Energetic Sales Professional looking for a career move to explore consultative software sales.
- Self motivated and love challenges
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task , prioritize and manage time effectively
