Roles and Responsibilities :
- Scanning the addressable healthcare market; assessing the revenue potential in business opportunities in B2B & B2C.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements. Implement and assure effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification.
- Develop and implement appropriate media strategies and campaigns with integrated communications approach; assess the impact of campaigns and strategize for continued brand building and mass reach to potential clients.
- Regular interfacing with the B2B2C clients & B2C customers for getting their feedback for improvement in the quality of service.
- Set up and manage operational and customer relationship systems that efficiently and effectively support the business.
- Set up agile tracking systems for all business operations activities, analyze monthly progress against budgeted projections and suggest corrective strategies in case of deviations.
- Set up market intelligence for continued scanning of the competitive environment and strategize for a leader's role in the online healthcare market.
