Associate - Business Development - Healthcare (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Developing a thorough understanding of their products, customer categories and competitors
- Identifying potential business partnerships with healthcare companies
- Customize the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situation
- Understand the teams- requirements to work on proposals, RFI/RFP responses, client presentations etc.
- Helping to shape the overall business strategy and entering into strategic alliances with potential business partners
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Develop market strategies to look at new customer segments and effective ways to reach out to them
- Thinking through Go-to-market with partners and executing
Skill sets required:
- Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative on specific projects
- Excellent presentation and proposal development skills
- Excellent research and pitch making skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional business and analytical skills
- A strong aptitude for using various programs and tools, including, but not limited to: CRMs, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, etc.
