Associate - Business Development - Healthcare (1-5 yrs)

- Our client is a new-age healthcare company in Bangladesh with a laser-sharp focus on simplifying the entire surgery journey of a patient and his/her attendant by offering care and assistance at each and every step.
- They ensure that the patient's experience right from the discovery of the right doctor, to booking an appointment at the clinic, getting a detailed diagnosis done, booking tests at a diagnostic center, getting insurance paperwork done, commuting from home to the hospital & back on the day of the surgery, admission-discharge processes at the hospital, and follow-up consultation after the surgery - is hassle-free and care-filled.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Answering inbound calls (No cold calling)
- Negotiation and deal closing with patients
Ideal Candidate :
You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales, Sales (B2C) or Sales Operations/Support role, ideally within the Healthcare industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales.
- Experience within Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills (English).
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Graduation in marketing preferred
- Hustle and get work done attitude
