Our client started as an educational initiative in 2016, with its first array on the basic University Exam Preparation tutorials. Gradually, the platform started diversifying its domain of service and it was no later than few months that the channel set off its videos for competitive exams such as UGC NET NTA Economics, Indian Economic Service, Economics Optional for UPSC IAS, and the like.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets and goals.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
