Associate - Business Development - EduTech (0-5 yrs)
Sector: Direct Sales/ Inside Sales (Ed-tech)
Working Days : 5 days work week (Saturday and Sunday Mandatory working)
You will begin in an individual contributor's role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the VocalCode's way of Learning. You will be showcasing the unique VocalCode's way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales.
Responsibilities :
1. Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals.
2. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.
3. Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through inbound & outbound customer calls.
4. Regular follow-ups with new and existing customers.
5. Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to make sure objectives are met.
6. Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
7. Sell them paid subscriptions after demo class.
8. Work from home.
9. Inside sales/Direct sales.
CTC: Rs. 7 Lakhs per annum
Rs.5 Lakhs per annum ( Rs.3 Lakhs per annum {Fixed pay} and Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum {Incentive Pay})
Qualifications and Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. 0-1 years of experience in Inside Sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills and willing to meet targets.
3. Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
4. Having a knack for sales.
5. Should be fluent in English & Hindi.
