Associate - Business Development - EduTech (0-2 yrs)

Responsibilities:
1) Candidate have to generate business by selling product of the company (leads will be provided by the company).
2) Doing sales by understanding client's requirement and pitch them for the suitable plans.
3) Candidate have to counsel parents for their kids online learning solution by giving right guidance to them.
4) Selected candidates will be working as an associate doing field sales in their region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the application way of Learning in their city.
5)The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Note : It is work from home till pandemic and after that it will be field sales.
Requirements :
1) Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)
2) Sales Drive and resilience.
3) Experience in consultative selling.
4) Should be target driven and achievement oriented.
5) Has the maturity and gravitas to counsel a parent for their child's future.
6) Candidate should have their own laptop and wifi connectivity till covid-19 for smooth work from home.
Note:
1) We need maximum 2 years experience for a post graduate and 3 years for a graduate in any stream.
2) Candidates from inside sales can apply for this job only if there are comfortable with field work after pandemic.
