The Job
Our client is looking for a Business Development Associate to join the team
Your responsibilities will include :
- Engaging in new Customer Acquisition
- Working with the current Direct Sales, Key Accounts, Growth & SME Team to drive the TPV targets
- Ensuring maximum lead conversions from various Inbound channels.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies.
- Being constantly on your toes and achieving the revenue targets in line with the team/organizational objectives.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
- Managing customer expectations through cross-functional interactions and ensuring that the deliverables are completed
- Understanding the customer requirements and communicating the same with the product manager.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills required :
- You have 3-6 years of work experience.
- You have the ability to work in an early-stage startup-like chaotic environment
- You have strong client management skills, especially crisis management
- You are self-driven with an ability to work independently without requiring day-to-day guidance
- You have strong Oral & Written communication skills
- You have to know the basics of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- You have a basic understanding of any CRM tool
- You have proven experience in customer-facing roles. Should have worked with customers in managing customer requirements and engaging in solution selling
- You can engage in a technical conversation with the customer to understand their requirements
