Associate - Business Development - Education (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) for an IT/EdTech Platform to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Exp- 0.6 to 6 yrs
Salary - 4 to 5 LPA
Location - Nashik Division, Pune Division & Mumbai
Note : Its a field work not desk job.
Key responsibilities :
- Promote PHN services in reputed private individual and group schools and generate revenue by signing the schools.
- Visit schools daily and pitch product, give demos.
- Setting up meetings with potential school clients and New customer acquisition.
- Meeting with Director and School management for presentation, negotiations and signing agreements.
- Handle Director and school management in a calm and empathetic manner with strong relationship skills.
- Should have experience in B2B Sales.
- Build the sales pipeline and achieve sales target
- Reporting timely regarding business
- Payment collection on time
- Negotiate and finalise deals with schools.
Preferred qualifications :
- 1- 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development Management in the Indian Market.
- Visit schools daily and pitch product, give demos.
- Should have experience in B2B Sales.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency MS Office and Advance Excel
- Ability to build rapport with team & clients
- Time management and decision skills.
- Strive for innovative ideas to provide customized solutions to client.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
