As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic development of the organization. Responsibilities :
- Market Research and Analysis - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Lead Generation - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms.
- Goal Setting and Reporting - Achieving and maintaining the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- A minimum of 0 - 4 years of experience in the EdTech industry, plus experience in B2C sales is a must.
- A passion for sales and target achievement
- Experience in Sales is a must.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
