Associate - Business Development -Education (1-4 yrs)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join a leading EdTech Company. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth in the education technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, educators, and educational institutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales campaigns and strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate information to management for forecasting and sales planning.
Qualifications :
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Location and Compensation:
- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
- Compensation: Up to 8 LPA, commensurate with experience and skills.
