Associate - Business Development - Education (1-2 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop a strong clientbase towards revenue targets (prospecting & account management).
- Maintain CRM hygiene; generate as well as nurture outreach to educational organizations within India and in other countries.
- Develop clientele and partnerships with a large number of education entities within and outside India - over time, independently build relationships with them.
- Ensure strong client service, with support from relevant teams.
- Ensure client engagement and continuous sales growth, by proactively seeking feedback, understanding needs and providing updates on CENTA's latest products/services.
- The role will involve extensive domestic as well as potentially international travel.
Skills/Experience needed :
- 1-2 years of BD/sales management; MBA or equivalent freshers keen on B2B sales .
- Ability to create, customize, articulate & deliver engaging sales pitches.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and partner with high integrity at every step; good verbal and written communication.
- Drive, proactiveness, entrepreneurial orientation to take deals to closure and pursue growth.
- Highly comfortable with use of common technology for work, especially Google suite (Sheets, Docs, etc) and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
