Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.


- The Business Development Associate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts.

1. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeting key accounts and industries.

2. Assist in developing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.

Coordinate meetings and follow-up activities with clients to further business relationships and close deals.

3. Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

5. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support business development efforts.

6. Provide input and feedback on product development and pricing strategies based on customer feedback and market research.

7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and network with potential clients.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree.

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
