Associate - Business Development - Education (0-4 yrs)

And we- re looking for you! We need a Business development Associate who can establish relationships with existing clients and build a new sales pipeline in order to meet the required targets. Want to know if you fit in? Read on.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Converting leads into clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
- Creating proposals and presentation material
- Providing support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
- Managing customer relationships
- Conduct Demos with high ticket clients
- Close Businesses across different verticals
- Maintain long lasting relationships with the prospective and existing clients
Requirements for interview:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree(Preferably in B.com, M.com, BBA, MBA)
- Minimum 3-6 months in the relevant role or Internship experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Added advantage if fluent with Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam and Odiya.
