Associate - Business Development - Education (0-2 yrs)
To increase sales by Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction, and promote business.
Roles & Responsibility :
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities, networking and social media.
3. Handles cold calling, counselling calls, outbound calls & inbound calls.
4. Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants of the customers.
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
8. Aiming to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
9. Record daily activity reports on software.
Desired Skills :
1. Fluent in English as well as Hindi.
2. Manage dashboards, call & emails as per client.
3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
4. Sales skills & ability to work without supervision.
5. Good computer skills should have their own laptop.
6. Gentle and polite with good listening skills and Never giving up attitude.
7. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
8. Fast learner and passionate for sales
9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
10. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
11. Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoints
12. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
