All interview selected candidates will become a part of Applicant Training Program in 2 stages
Stage1 : Classroom Training Program (CRT)-Duration: 2 Weeks (At office location)
Stage 2 : On-the-job- Training (OJT) Duration: 4 Weeks(Virtual)
Upon successfully passing training program, you'll be eligible to offered the role of BDA
STIPEND(ATP) : INR 37,500 (stipend)+INR 6,000 (Additional allowance) + Incentives
CTC (BDA - post qualification after training): INR 1000000 (7LPA fixed+ 3 LPA performance pay for Direct sales
