Job Description :
1. Calling Leads
- Call on parent leads
- 60-75 leads are to be called daily
2. Generating trial classes
- Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class
3. Take counselling sessions and convert them
- Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes
CTC :
Post selection the candidates will be entitled for a stipend amount of Rs.10,000 for a 14 days training period. Post training clearance, below CTC will be applicable.
INR 6.6 LPA (4 LPA - fixed + 2.6 LPA - variable)- Candidates who opt for US/ Canada will get an additional night shift allowance of 5000/month.
Other Requirements :
1) Candidate should have a laptop and wifi connection.
2) Candidates should be willing to relocate.
3) Candidates should be ready to join immediately within 15 days
