Job Title : Senior Business Development Associate (BDA)

We are now seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team and help drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead high-level discussions with potential customers, guiding them through our offerings and converting leads into sales.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements :

Experience :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in edtech sales with a proven track record of success.

- Total work experience of at least 3 years in sales.

Revenue Performance :

- Proven ability to consistently generate an average of 10 Lakh revenue per month.

- Experience handling a minimum ticket size of 50,000.

Preferred Background :

- Prior sales experience in UPSC, CAT, K12, JEE, NEET, or CLAT domains is highly desirable.

- A technical background such as B.E./B.Tech is preferred, but not mandatory.

Skills :

- Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic market needs.

Availability :

- Must be available to join by October 6th, 2024.

Compensation :

Salary Range : 8.5 LPA to - 11.5 LPA, based on experience and performance.

Work Schedule :

Days : Wednesday to Sunday

Timings : 12 PM to 9 PM
