Associate - Business Development - EdTech (1-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling online UG & PG courses to prospective students. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential students through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and lead generation.
- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable UG & PG courses based on their career aspirations.
- Drive conversions by effectively explaining course benefits, fees, and career prospects.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet/exceed assigned targets.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments in the education sector.
Key Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in EdTech Sales/Inside Sales/Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience in selling UG & PG courses or similar educational programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
