Associate - Business Development - EdTech (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Associate with B2C experience and 1-3 years of experience in the ed-tech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships that will help drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and assist them in the process.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential new markets and target demographics.
- Assist with developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Business Development or a similar role.
- B2C experience is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in the ed-tech industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the study-abroad domain is a plus.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
