Position : Business Development Associate
Location : Bellandur, Bangalore
CTC : 8.4 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
Work Days : Wednesday - Sunday (12pm-9pm)
Key Responsibilities :
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at one of the largest Ed-Tech companies in India , your primary responsibilities are as follows :
- To engage with potential clients, navigating them through the current technology landscape.
- You will also maintain communication with existing prospects to explore new opportunities using our platform.
- Employ a customer-centric approach, you will assess their career objectives and demonstrate how we can support their growth.
Requirements :
- 0-6 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Engineering (B.Tech).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
- A strong inclination towards sales and achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of LSQ.
- Experience in handling technical products is desirable.
