Associate - Business Development - EdTech (0-3 yrs)
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be responsible for driving sales efforts by connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them on how SCALER can help them achieve success in the tech industry.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential clients and provide expert advice on navigating the tech landscape.
- Qualify leads based on their career aspirations and align them with SCALER's offerings.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to showcase the value and opportunities SCALER brings.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets with a determined and proactive approach.
Requirements :
- Fresher - 0-3 years in sales or business development.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (B. Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, M. Tech preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, strong customer engagement, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Preliminary understanding of LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM.
- Experience in the K12+ (EdTech Sales) domain is a plus.
- Previous experience working with tech products.
