Associate - Business Development - EdTech (0-2 yrs)
Unstop is hiring Business Development - EdTech who will make an impact in student's life by suggesting relevant courses that are live at Unstop!
Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Make target-based calls on a daily basis in order to convert leads
- Generate revenue by selling Unstop's courses
- Achieve monthly targets by converting active leads
- Work in a high-pressure environment and meet given targets
- Liaise between the internal teams and Course team
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage end-to-end B2C Sales
- Providing in-depth information to prospective users, including counselling through phone, email & chat
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Handle Objections and Price negotiations to generate Sales Revenue
- Track sales, maintain data and reports daily
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements :
- Great interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and being a multitasker
- We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of one year experience in the Education Industry
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English & Hindi proficiency)
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets and deadlines
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel is preferable
