Associate - Business Development - Cosmetics (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Plan & oversee business development efforts for Uprising Science in expanding it's offering to organized B2B segment;
2. Evaluate and develop potential business partners, such as high-end Salon, Organised Retail Stores, and other key market players;
3. Identify new opportunities that meet Uprising Science market strategy;
4. Deliver data-driven insights based on in-depth analysis of expansion opportunities, and internal performance, ensure the successful execution of the strategic plan.
Position Requirements:
1. At least Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years experience with Business Development in India, related experience in Beauty/Cosmetics dealing with Premium Salon is a plus.
3. Strong experience in partnerships and collaborations.
4. Able to make practical suggestions under time constraints and a full work load.
