Associate - Business Development - Business Consulting (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Assist with drafting business plans, pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Identify new business opportunities and partners
- Research and identify new business opportunities for the ecosystem,
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Ensuring knowledge of internal systems and relevant new technology within the industry is acquired.
- Research the investment potential of various countries
- Establish contact with embassies/investment promotion agencies & pitch the company's services
- Support in business delegation activities
- Arranging a meeting between the delegate and concerned parties
- Ensuring that scheduled meetings happen
- Providing on-ground support during delegation events
What we're looking for :
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in business development or a similar role within the Business Consulting and Services industry (a strong plus).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
- Possess a proactive working attitude and sense of responsibility; willing to accept challenges
- Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals and presentations in English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
