Job Description :

- Minimum 1 Year experience in inbound & sales process.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Candidate must be fluent in English with a pleasing personality.

- Maintain in depth knowledge of the service offerings of the company.

- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram ads, and other ways of marketing.

- Willing to work in rotational day shifts.

- MBA freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Generate leads & convert them to achieve monthly target.

- Should have convincing capabilities and selling skills.

- Candidate having experience in International BPO will be preferred.

- Should possess good listening skills & customer handling skills.

- The candidate should be able to take up client calls & respond to the client queries.

- Understand the customers' requirements, making offer & negotiation, Order closing and execution.

- Candidate will be responsible for email marketing, web research, data mining, & inside sales.

- Candidate should have experience with sales navigator, marketing tools and other way of lead generation.

- The candidate will be responsible for finding & identifying new prospects by performing lead generation activities through various sources must be able to understand the business needs & effectively communicate how our offerings can assist the clients.

Additional Information's :

- We will provide 1 week training program to the agents pertaining to the knowledge of the process.

- Cab & Meal facilities are available for Night shifts up to 20-22 KM.
