Associate - Business Development - BFSI (0-2 yrs)
Position Summary :
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer centric approach, and a strong interest in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Update CRM systems with relevant customer and sales information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales processes and strategies.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Requirements :
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.

Salary Structure :
1. Fresher : 28,000 CTC
2. 6 months to 1 year in BPO with sales acumen : 29,000 - 32,000 CTC
3. 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales and Insurance : 32,000 - 37,000 CTC
4. 2+ years of experience in Sales and Insurance : 37,000 - 40,000 CTC
Work Schedule :
- Rotational shifts.
- Rotational week off.
