Associate - Business Development - Bank (5-6 yrs)
- Manage both our existing clients and development of new business opportunities.
- Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities.
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
- Conduct market research, follow up on leads and negotiate and close deals with prospective clients in target markets.
- Identify customer needs, and setup a link building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.
- Discover new prospects within your area of responsibility by maintaining relationships with current clients.
- Be aware of the latest developments in the industry and the competitors of your company.
- Meetings, networking, and other methods can be used to identify market opportunities.
- Building relationship with existing and potential clients.
- Developing sales and marketing strategies in conjunction with colleagues.
- Setting sales targets and financial projections. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.
- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics to senior leaders.
