Role & Responsibilities :

- As a BDA you are reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech-landscape.

- With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their career goals and identify how company can help them.

- Following up with existing prospects to ensure that we are able to open up new realms of possibilities through the power of education.

Ideal Candidate :

- 1-6 years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services.

- An undergraduate degree in any stream. Preferred stream - B.Tech.

- Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills.

- A passion for sales and target achievement.

- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ.

Good-to-Have :-

- Expertise in K12 and above domain.

- Folks with proficiency in handling Tech product.

- Handled a ticket size >50K is an added advantage

Review Criteria :

- Strong Sales profiles (Freshers also considered)

- Mandatory (Experience) - Must have 3+ Months of Any Internship Experience(For freshers) OR Any Sales Experience in a Full-time role

- Mandatory (Core Skills) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Mandatory (Education) - Graduation year should be 2016 or later.

- Mandatory (Education for Freshers) - BE/B.Tech

- Mandatory (Company for Experienced) - Any Tech/Product Company ( B2C/Ed-tech/SaaS /IT Services/Product /B2B )

- Mandatory (CV for Freshers) - Must be well structured and should tell about Projects/Internships in detail

- Preferred (Core Skills) - Preliminary knowledge of LSQ, proficiency in handling Tech product

- Preferred (Experience) - Sales experience of selling ticket size > 50k
