Associate - Business Development/B2B Sales - Education (2-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities of Business Development Associate (BDA):
- Research the target market for assessing & understanding the target market size & buying potential
- Daily visits to institutions for multiple Below the line (BTL) activities.
- Cold visits to Higher-Educational clients like Engineering, business, graduate & medical colleges to explain the company's Products
- Conduct multiple Seminars/webinars/workshops for student engagements.
- Create awareness in institutions about upGrad courses
- Generating leads via BTL activities in higher institutions.
- Update opportunity tracking tools like Zoho to provide a precise forecast of the pipeline to the Sales Head.
What are our requirements?
- Experience: 2-3 years of B2B Sales experience, good communication skills, a air for consultative selling and someone who has exposure to the higher education segment.
- Candidates should be initiative driven and must be independent in carrying out tasks and building the pipeline.
- Good convincing skills, Hands-on understanding of concept & Consultative selling.
- Perseverance, sincerity, out-of-box thinking, patience to handle lengthy sales cycles.
- Languages: English, Hindi and other local languages
