Associate - Business Development - Architecture/Interior Design Firm (3-5 yrs)
Business Development Associate :
- 3-5 years of experience
- Industry from where we are looking for candidates. (Advertising companies who are into experiential marketing || Interior Design and Architectural studios with BD relevant profile || Lighting product development agencies )
Requirements :
- Interest in combining Arts and Businesses
- A business manager is the link between the design team and our clients and should make sure everything runs perfectly. The candidate will be required to liaison between the Design Team, Production Vendors and the Client Team for projects
- Well connected with the stakeholders in the real estate community
- Creating and Implementing Strategies for collaborating with Corporate Marketing Heads of Real Estate Companies and also architectural firms
- Creating Relationships across different business segments as Potential Leads
- Create Excel database to manage existing and upcoming business leads
- Should be well versed with the real estate community in at least one of the cities (Delhi, Ahmedabad or Mumbai) with ideally 3-5 years of experience in the industry
- Strong Communication skills to be able to speak to international clients as well
- Flexibility in Commuting as and when required
