Associate - Business Development - Advertising Firm (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities, tailoring customized presentations and proposals to align with client needs and budgets.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering trust and understanding to secure new projects and retain existing business.
- Strategic Partnerships : Collaborate with internal teams to explore and establish strategic partnerships that expand our reach and service offerings.
- Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to inform strategic client acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively with internal teams (marketing, account management, creative) to ensure seamless client experience and project execution.
Requirement and Skills :
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and securing high-value clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Indian advertising and marketing landscape.
- Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resourceful and entrepreneurial with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
