Associate - Business Development (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and cold calling.
- Organize and set up meetings for the Inside Sales team doing various reachout methods.
- Rigorous follow-ups with clients for setting up meetings.
- Utilize data mining techniques to identify potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the industry and market trends.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and its benefits to potential clients over email/reachouts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for generating leads and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients using a CRM.
- Follow up with potential clients via email, phone, and other communication channels to answer any questions and address any concerns related to setting up meetings.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on potential product improvements based on client feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering, preferably in the SaaS or Video Editing industry
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- If you have experience in SaaS and Video Editing companies, that is preferred, and experience in web-based video editing products would be a plus
