The Job
- Our client is looking for an experienced and goad-driven Business Development Associate who will be engaging in new customer acquisition.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Working with the current Direct Sales, Key Accounts, Growth & SME Team to drive the TPV targets.
- Ensuring maximum lead conversions from various Inbound channels.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
- Being constantly on your toes and achieve the revenue targets in line with the team/organizational objectives.
- Performing Account Management for P0 Clients.
- Doing Market Research and Creating feedback loops for the merchants Customer Relationship Management.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
- Managing customer expectations through cross-functional interactions and ensuring that the deliverables are completed.
- Understanding the customer requirements and communicate the same with the product manager.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have 3-6 years of work experience.
- You are able to work in an early-stage startup-like chaotic environment.
- You have strong client management skills, especially crisis management.
- You are self driven with an ability to work independently without requiring day-to-day guidance.
- You have strong Oral & Written communication skills.
- You know basics of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- You have basic understanding of any CRM tool.
- You have proven experience in customer-facing roles. Should have worked with customers in managing customer requirements and engaging in solution selling.
- You are able to engage in a technical conversation with the customer to understand their requirements.
- You are a result-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- You have knowledge of simple data query writings will be an advantage.
