Communication skills - Crisp/short logical answers will always reflect clarity of thoughts, on contrary lengthy answers are generally lies. Voice modulation and energy is must.
2. Presence of mind - Being witty and quick with the answers keeps the interviewer entertained and helps him understand the psychology of the candidate in depth.
3. Decision making - They should be able to decide the response of the rebuttals while pitching. Moreover this aspect should be reflected during objection handling and cross questioning at any point of time during the interview.
4. Risk taking ability - The times when a candidate has gone beyond his/her limits to achieve something while risking something at hand
