Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identifying potential customers through market research, databases, and networking.
- Cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate leads.
- Qualifying leads based on company requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Conducting follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Sales Process Execution:
- Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers.
- Handling objections and answering customer inquiries effectively.
- Negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Sales Coordination & Documentation:
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM software.
- Collaborating with marketing and field sales teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Preparing and sending proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Post-Sales Support:
- Ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Coordinating with the support team to resolve customer issues.
- Seeking referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitoring sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance.
- Generating sales reports and insights for management.
- Continuously improving sales strategies based on performance analysis.
