Associate - Business Development (1-3 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our overall growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities in key markets.

- Conduct outreach through emails, calls, and meetings to generate leads and establish strong client relationships.

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts to engage with prospective clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and enhance growth efforts.

- Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation and sales conversion metrics.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

- Support the sales team in closing deals by providing necessary insights and assistance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and team members.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with market research and analysis.

- Familiarity with the industry and competitive landscape.

- A proactive attitude with a passion for driving business growth.
