Associate - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on lead follow-up, requirement documentation, and driving our marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Follow-Up :
- Proactively follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain a consistent and timely follow-up schedule to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
2. Requirement Documentation :
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate requirement documents to ensure clear communication with the product and development teams.
3. Marketing Support :
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help refine marketing efforts.
4. Sales Support :
- Support senior sales executives in their efforts to close deals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications :
Education : Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience : Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
