Job Description :
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing objectives are understood and build a marketing plan around it.
- Conceptualise, contribute and execute plans for customer activation, engagement, retention & loyalty.
- Focusing on the entire funnel and attracting most engaged customers to the portal
Communication & Writing : Manage all push notifications & email-related activities, including newsletters, onboarding emails, drip campaigns, triggered messages and whatever you dream up next.
- Work on exploring new channels of communication and strategizing to grow user base through it
Optimisation :
- You will use segmentation and A/B testing to optimize all campaigns.
- Build and Source Catalog for the specified brands
- Experience of 2 yrs as Operations Executive mandatory
- Must be proficient in advance excel, Inventory
- Prior experience in creating branding content and deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
- 2+ years work experience; preferably in a consumer startup company
- Need experience in creating branding content and deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
- Experience of tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel etc. will be an added advantage
