Responsibilities and Duties
1. Reporting of Managers and Executives
2. To Generate Business form Branch efficiently with keeping attrition and employees motivation on top.
3. Achieve & exceed Branch targets on a consistent basis
4. Ensure compliance and correctness of key inputs
5. Fact finding & driving the presence reach and penetration of specified target segments.
6. Ensure adherence to sales process and system
7. Result & achievement orientation
8. Initiate & self direction
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. At least a graduate for 5-7 years of experience in to life insurance
2. 2 years of team handling experience MUST with proven track record.
