Associate Branch Head - Direct Channel - Life Insurance (8-12 yrs)
Position: Associate Branch Head
Role: Branch Handling
Location: Bangalore
Reporting :- Regional Head
Roles & Responsibility:
- Drive the Branch with direct channel strategy & process within Managers and their to achieve the business target.
- Review of branch members daily on performance, Customer facing time, Meetings done and prospect list.
- Proactively assist weak FLS with joint calls to improve their performance, thereby making them successful
- Ensure all leads allocated, tracked and closed.
- Motivate and retain branch to ensure low attrition levels and high result driven.
Desired Candidate:
- A graduate between not above 40 yrs. of age with over 8-12 years of experience in Life insurance sales.
- Minimum 6+ Years of Direct Sales Experience with at least 1-3 years in a Branch handling role.
- Good management skills and pleasing personality.
- Dynamic and result oriented approach with good communication and networking skills.
